Step 2: Package Your Case

Carefully package your materials to ensure safe transport.

- For physical cases, use sturdy packaging.

- For digital cases, ensure files are correctly formatted.

Step 3: Schedule a Pickup or Send it Digitally.

Call our customer service line at 0406 851 142 to schedule a pickup for physical cases. Cut-off time is 10.45 AM and 3.45 PM (AEST)

Step 4: Case Confirmation and Processing

Once receiving your case, we’ll send a confirmation notification and initiate processing.

Step 5: Delivery

Your finished restoration will be carefully packed and promptly sent back to you within 7-10 days.
